Matt is the Founder and Director of Integrate Training. His passion for Human Movement drives the Integrate philosophy that the human body is an integrated unit not only in movement, but all aspects, physical, mental and psychological. This philosophy has enabled him to help a huge demographic of clients from full time mums to high flying executives, octogenarians to school kids, retirees to amateur and professional athletes. Matt helps empower people in better movement and goal-based decision-making laying the foundations for successful change.

Cindy Rella our Princess Warrior and Matriarch of Braveness has trained in karate for 20 years and represented Australia in 2 different sports. After what was to be a career ending injury she turned her attention to boxing for charity. She decided to signed up to do an Ironman race before she could swim and she developed the mental strength to overcome her fear of water. Cindy's understanding how the body and brain works as a whole enables her to empower others to regain their own lives back finding their own brave through movement. Her philosophies of “Fitness with a difference, smile, eat real food and move & the now famous "when you think you can’t...#yesyoucan" reflects the core values at Integrate to keep it simple and engaging.

Hernando’s energy, passion and commitment to gaining the best results with his clients are what set him apart from the rest. Having always lived an active life, playing high level competition soccer in his native country Colombia to attaining a high level of calisthenics strength and skill is the foundation for the enthusiasm he delivers to his clients. His attention to developing his client’s best movement by developing the skill’s necessary to enable better performance is what helps people get the best results.

Hailing from Ireland, Helen brings a passion and ethic for hard work with just a touch of Irish humour. Helen’s experience from her own sporting pursuits such as Netball, Triathlons and Adventure Races help her empower her clients to ignite their passion for their own personal goals in life. When it comes to helping people pursue their health and fitness goals, Helen understands that “a one size fits all” approach doesn’t work and applies a focused but holistic approach to the fulfilment of her clients’ needs and goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Born and bred in the Mountainous regions of Italy, Giorgio developed a passion for Snow Boarding, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing and a multitude of other outdoor sports as well as playing Rugby. His venture to Australia quickly saw him pursue a career in the Fitness Industry. His many years of competitive and recreational sporting activities has enabled Giorgio to develop effective coaching techniques to help guide his clients to healthier and fitter lifestyles.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ilit is a mother of 2 soon to be 3. She has a special interest in women's health and fitness with a holistic and natural perspective to health and wellbeing. Sport has always been a lifestyle for her, with an early focus as a competitive swimmer. After working as a family lawyer, she knew that fitness was her calling and completed her certificate 3 & 4. Ilit is a very caring and compassionate person who knows how to make training fun for those who don't inherently love exercise and also loves training those who are already at a high level looking for guidance on how to achieve that edge. Ilit knows first-hand how challenging it can be for pregnant women to maintain fitness and for new mothers to juggle children and a desire to return to peak performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Growing up on the border of VIC/NSW Kristen had a very active childhood being involved in many sports including athletics, netball, dancing and in particular rowing. She competed in regattas all over VIC and NSW from the age of 7 until her late teens. In recent years Kristen has developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and training in Crossfit. Her passion for health and wellbeing and helping people live their best life through moving well, eating a balanced diet and enjoying their training is second to none.

“Big Daddy” as he is affectionately known brings a lifetime in competitive Body Building and the experience of Personal Training since 2000 to every session he performs with clients. His devotion to motivating his clients, keeping them on track, challenging and creating great ways to keep training interesting get the results his clients set out to achieve long term. Consistency, Commitment, Organisation and Resilience are the founding principles Big Daddy instill in his clients and the results speak for themselves.

Michael has been working as a personal trainer for over 12 years. With a focus on creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle he has successfully worked with 5 year olds to 85 year olds and all those in between. He takes a simple clear approach to help his clients create positive outcomes. As someone who loves playing various sports (even if his ambition and his ability are two very different things) he understands that we need to have fun on the road to better health. Michael brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to each session he facilitates.
Qualifications & Experience:
Perry has been involved in various sporting activities from Cross-country running to Taekwondo where he has competed at State and National Levels and achieved a 4th Dan Black Belt. Along with having completed studies as an Applied Bioligist and having excelled in the area of Nutrition in his 13 years experience as a Master Personal Trainer, Perry produces amazing transformations with his clients. His knowledge and experience has enabled his female Body-Building athletes to win multiple State and National titles and have represented Australia over in the U.S.

Silvio strives to create an experience that empowers the individual to create the best healthy lifestyle possible. His commitment to helping clients enables them to unlock pathways that improve all aspects important to regaining the things important to them. Having started Personal Training in 2000, his experience, knowledge and maturity are the qualities all his clients admire and rely on to assist their journey.
Qualifications & Experience:
Vitaly’s commitment is to achieving successful results that are clinically proven, scientifically researched and individually structured to the clients’ specific needs, goals and capabilities. His Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition have enabled Vitaly to help people achieve their goals for over 10 years in the Personal Training Industry. Creating a supportive client trainer relationship combined with his extensive knowledge base has been vital to empowering his clients to achieve sustainable long lasting results and many other health benefits.
