Group Training

Group Personal Training sessions allow no more than 10 people per class.  All groups are designed and conducted by trainers with many years experience to ensure overall effectiveness, safety and enjoyment.  Check out the trainer profiles for more info on the Groups Trainers

Advanced Cardio: You have worked hard to get where you are, your fitter, faster, healthier and you still want to take yourself further.  This is it! Variety & Intensity, two major variables for pushing through the plateau's and this class has them both and makes it fun (some people make pain their friend and enjoy it!).  Rob Millington, he's Welsh and has a funny accent but thinks running 90klm is fun; he is however inspiring and motivating and just what you need to get to the next level.  Class numbers are between 5 - 10 people. Class duration = 1 hour

Boxing: Learn correct boxing techniques covering all aspect of Boxing, get fit, improve your functional strength and have a blast doing it!  Conducted by Christian 'The Real Deal' Ennor; Functional Strength & Conditioning Trainer to Sam 'The King' Soliman World middle weight WBF title holder. Class duration = 1 hour

Gentle Functional: If you are looking at starting or are currently commiting to an exercise program you need to develop a good foundation of Functional Movement to stay pain free and get the most out of your body.  Conducted by Annette Marlow a certified 'Effective Movement Training (EMT)' practitioner you will be carefully guided towards a better pain free and movement enhanced lifestyle. Class numbers are between 4 - 6 people. Class Duration = 1 hour

Functional: Annette will help you take the next step in enhancing your body for everything you need it to do. Functional workouts are fun and challenging and are a must for everybody these days; our lifestyles have removed us from virtually everything that we were designed to do, this class will get you back there and you will be amazed at the fun you will have getting there. Class numbers are between 4 - 6 people. Class duration = 1 hour

Functional: Christian is also an EMT Certified Practitioner and conducts Functional Groups that condition you for safer more effective movement be it for day to day activities or more sports specific requirements.  Functional Training uses whole body movements that produce greater calorie output, better dynamic stability, balance and overall body strength.  All other methods will do some but not all of these at the same time. Class Duration = 1 hour

Stretch and Strengthen: Flexibility is the key to all movement and strength will help you get there, together they maintain balance in the body and a give you the tools to enjoy a better quality lifestyle.  Conducted by Annette (Gee she's busy!). Class numbers between 10 - 12 people. Class duration = 1 hour

Thai / Box: Learn correct Thai Boxing Techniques covering punches, kicks, knees, clinches, elbows and increase your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone all in the one enjoyable workout. Christian takes you through a fast paced hour of power and we promise you will have fun doing it!  Class duration = 1 hour
